Boarding is in front of the office.
WARNING:
Please come 30 minutes before the departure time at the office. If you are late your reservation will be forfeited. At this time we are not able to reschedule or refund any late arrivals or no shows.
We are open from May to end of September, 7days a week from 09:00am to 07:00pm.
If for meteorological reasons or any other reasons we can not fly, your ticket will be refund or moved to an other day. The tickets are valid for the current season.
